Thomas E. Lockett

Thomas E. Lockett was born in Tallahassee, Florida. He is a High School Valedictorian, and Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville where he also played football for the Florida Gators. In his work with a local charter school, he took his passion for learning to another level of service becoming a Charter School Leader and achieving a school opening at full capacity and sustainable on day one. It is a life-long pursuit of education and knowledge and a diverse background of leadership experience in the U.S. Army, Healthcare and an entrepreneurial spirit where he understands the impact that education and the arts can make on our children, our leaders of tomorrow.

As President of the Board of Directors at Street Beat Inc., over the years both before and since my involvement, I have observed four Critical Success Factors in action at Street Beat Inc.

He is married to an outstanding wife: Regina G. Lockett, also a University of Florida Marketing Graduate and is blessed with two wonderful children, Tomani, a recent graduate from the College of Nursing at Florida A&M University & Collin, a junior at The Florida State University film school majoring in Animation and Digital Arts. Thomas currently works as an Executive Sales Representative for Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a division of Johnson and Johnson. He has over 25 years of sales experience in various positions. Thomas has a passion for hiring, coaching, training, and leading dynamic teams. His demonstrated expertise includes building strong relationships and partnerships with a variety of Health Care Delivery Professionals and continuously improving processes for planning, executing and achieving results. Thomas has been well-recognized with awards & trips over his career for implementing sales strategies that improve individual and team performance.
